Petition Permanent 'dogs die in hot cars' signs to be in all public car parks.
Despite constant public messages and awareness raising people continue to leave their dogs locked in hot cars. This is unacceptable and many dogs suffer. The law is also very unclear on what direct action members of the public can take. A dog can die in the time it takes for police to attend.
More details
Permanent signs in all public car parks, give traffic wardens the power to break car window in an emergency and clear up and improve rights of the general public to intervene if necessary.
