Petition All licenced bars and clubs should have a breathalyser to prevent drink driving

This petition is to ask the government to make all licenced bars and clubs which serve alcohol to have breathalysers at hand for patrons to use if in control of a vehicle. This would minimise the risks associated with driving over the drink drive limit and would inturn reduce drink drive fatalities.
