I propose a small tax on all goods sold in England, this tax money will buy food for these starving African children.

Eventually when other countries from around the world put a tax on their goods too, this international tax money would help collapsed economies from around the world, so this international tax money would be a world social security ensuring the world to be a more safer world to live in for everyone.
