Closed Manchester and London to join Scotland and Stay in the EU

In the referendum on EU membership Manchester voted to remain by 60.4%. London voted to remain at nearly 80% in some boroughs. Scotland also voted to remain.
As people of these areas we do not wish to leave the EU.
We wish to join Scotland, declare independence from UK and remain part of the EU.
