Closed London should be re-classified as part of Scotland in light of the EU vote.

In light of how the various regions voted in the EU referendum, I propose that London should be re-classified as part of Scotland. Thus enabling us to remain part of the EU if, as is likely, Scotland votes for independence from the UK.

This would enable London's financial markets to still have the benefits of EU membership and would also strengthen the Scottish economy.
