Closed Impose a cap on tuition fees at £9000 for EU students until 2020.

Due to the result of the recent EU referendum, many EU students who want to study in Britain in coming years now face prices of up to £20,000 as they will be deemed as international students. To make it fair for these students, we are proposing capping tuition fees until 2020.
