Closed Introduce elections for selecting the UK Prime Minister

An argument of the Brexit camp was that the EU does not reflect a democratic instutition.

Standard practice is that the individual chosen to lead their political party is also the candidate for UK PM. The UK electorate should be able to cast a separate vote on who they feel should be PM.
