I declare that it should be made law that ALL employers are obliged to contact potential employees when they have applied for job vacancies - and there should be a reasonable but swift time period when they should be able to respond to ALL candidates in the process from the date when the CV is seen either via email, or post.

There should also be a process by where the response is given adequate attention by agency recruiters who are working on behalf of clients in the brokerage process.
