Rejected petition Issue "EU Leave Article. 50" decision ONLY AFTER sufficient Parliament Scrutiny.

I don't believe decision to leave was a good. Regardless. The advisory democratic voice has been heard and thus forward: Parliament as WHOLE decide for when/how Article 50 handled (Leaving after 2yr bit): "Motion of Confidence in enacting Article 50 of EU by HM GOV.". Thus GOOD "Divorce Settlement"

More details

Parliament (PLM) should decide how, when, Article 50 issued. GOV act on its advice ONLY. Confidence motion / agreement on GOVs Idea by Parliament.
- PLM allowed time under law (1yr min. 3 yr max - suggested) to decide how we go about leaving / how act on advice of referendum and contents of "divorce settlement".
- Only when PLMs confident does UK enact Art. 50 of EU
- Examples of PLMs considerations: Scotts' & N.Éires' vote. Economy, Security, Elmo?
Thus ensures stability of UK post EU leave!
