Closed All British expats in EU should have the Right To Vote in a Second Referendum

It is not democratic to vote on whether to leave or stay in the EU if British Citizens living in EU countries for longer than 15 years do not have the right to vote. We still have British Citizenship and Passports, and therefore should not be excluded.
