Petition Make voting compulsory for everyone over 16yrs and make sure its enforced.

I believe we should have a full and transparent view of our voting system, the voting for the EU referendum as a example why we should have a full view of every vote. 100% turn out and show a true scale of the votes so we dont have an issue with nearly half the country crying foul over non-voters
