Closed Allow EU citizens who are resident in the UK to vote in any future UK referendum

In the recent 2016 UK referendum, EU citizens that had been living AND working in the UK for more than 5 years were unable to vote on a referendum that would directly affect their lives. These people are net contributors, both economically and socially to the UK and should not be devalued.
