Rejected petition Change the name of the European Plummer Terrier Society

Rename the EPTS to the Galgate Plummer Terrier / Shire 'Oss Society. Cos we are now out of Europe the name is misleading. The new name would more accurately reflect it's HQ and interests given the close mutual support and respect the current EPTS and the Shire Horse Society afford each other.
