Closed Reopen negotiations with EU to agree better terms for UK. Hold 2nd referendum.

The EU Referendum was based upon the last negotiations, which failed to satisfy the majority of voters.
Nevertheless, so momentous is the decision, the U.K. population deserve the opportunity to reconsider a further, more favourable, revision of our terms of membership in a 2nd referendum.
