Like the 12A certificate, it should be at the discretion of a responsible adult to allow anyone under 15 to watch films with a 15 certificate. Disallowing anyone under this age is often frivolous, as it only means that they cannot watch a film at a cinema, but will just have to wait for the DVD to come out.
