Petition Change in UK rod license

I am looking for a change in UK rod licensing system.

I am a Carp fisherman and use mainly 3 rods, like the other 98% Carp fisherman in this country.

I propose the environment agency change there fees to reflect the fishing culture in this country.

Why should course fisherman have to pay for 2 rods when they mainly fish with 1 rod at a time and the same for Carp anglers who use 3 rods but have to buy a license for 4 rods.

For too long now we have been asked to overpay for a rod license.

To bring the agency back in line with reality, I propose a standard for for a season or a short term licence for the following;

1 Rod
2 Rod
3 Rod
4 Rod if need be.
