Closed Hold General Election once a Tory leader's found & before Artcle 50 is triggered

The U.K. Government should represent the people of the U.K. Following the recent referendum both major parties at Westminster have seemingly imploded. Once new party leaders have been found the UK should decide who is right to govern them.

This should also be done before Article 50 is invoked so that the Prime Minister leading the negotiations has the backing of the people
