Petition Lower the age of sexual consent to 14 if both parties are under 16

I would like action on this petition because I feel that sexual consent laws are outdated. I feel as if sexual consent should be legal (if both under 16 and over 14) like a "Romeo and Juliet" Law like they have in other countries. I think this would help teenagers feel better about sexual consent.
