Closed Guarantee the UK will not introduce Welfare Cards

We the people want Damian Green MP (DWP Minister) to Guarantee that the introduction of Welfare Cards will not be introduced to benefit claimants in the UK which breaches their rights under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act.
