Rejected petition Force Southern Rail (Govia) to reduce ticket prices for reduced service.

Southern Rail (Govia) have inflicted a very low quality service to passengers this year, with regular cancelled trains, misleading, incomplete or absent information, delays and severe overcrowding. They have now cut 350 services a day from July 11th 2016. They should be made to cut their fares.
