Closed Negotiate personal EU membership for certain categories of UK citizen.

Citizens with either: 1. A spouse with EU citizenship; or 2. Pension rights in an EU member state; have had their European homeland taken from them and their family lives crippled. Personal EU membership confirmed by an official passport endorsement would help to mitigate that injustice.

Under Personal Membership of the EU, eligible individuals would benefit from Non-discrimination and Citizenship of the Union as described in Part Two of the Consolidated Treaties and Charter of Fundamental Rights, Articles 18–25.
