Rejected petition Stop VED going up so much on low emission cars as it will cripple families

From 1st of April 2017 anyone buying a new car will have to pay over £100 for the first year then £140 after in Vehicle Excise Duty unless it's a 0 emissions vehicle. High emission cars will only have to pay the same which isn't fare
