Rejected petition To be able to use Motor vehicle No claims bonus on more than one vehicle

I Insure one car for example 6 years and have 6 years no claims bonus, if i then buy a second car those 6 years no claims are not valid on my second car. just because i own a second car does not mean i am any less a capable driver or a higher risk.
