Petition Install Average Speed Cameras the entire length of the A34 in Oxfordshire

As reported on national news the A34 has had over 50 deaths in the last 5 years, a significant factor being excessive speed.
There have been calls to reduce the speed limit to 50mph, but regardless of this - there must be robust enforcement, which only a full Average Speed Camera system can achieve
