A choice for individuals who wish 'To travel/study/work ' for £4:50 week or any other amount deemed reasonable.
It excludes public health and benefits, if no reciprocal arrangement by the EU, since the main cause of Brexit was the magnetic state benefits package, allowed by the UK.
This is not designed to encourage mass migration, but to allow individuals to persue visa free travel, and to study and work to broaden their horizons, learn languages and foster good relations.
