Rejected petition Nigerian high commission to have passport office in Scotland or collection point

It has been very difficult for those settled in Scotland to have to travel to London in order to renew or for first issue passport. The expenses is too high, appointment are not honoured.
I witness a family of 5 driving with 5 month old baby through the night just so to arrive early enough.

our evidence was even covered by BBC, any Nigerian settled in the UK will agree that a lot need to be done to improve waiting time.
