Petition Stop the banks from creating money from commecial debt, ending boom and bust.

The creation of commecial money from the inflationary act of creating money from debt is responsible for the boom and bust cycles. We need to end the fractional reserve banking where banks are allowed to lend money that they do not have, gaining purchasing power and interest from money they created.
