Rejected petition Get British Nationals an ESTA to visit USA when declined travel for no reason

Having been granted authorised travel to USA before on previours ESTA .Why on new application of ESTA that travel not authorised when curcumstances not changed..

Having travelled to USA in 2012 and 2014 for family holidays and granted a travel authorised on ESTA progame.
Filled in new ESTA application for family holiday for 2016 and all but 1 family member is not authorised to travel where they have been granted travel authorisation before and family stand to lose several thousand pounds.
Im a hard working family man with successful business I feel the USA are playing with peoples live as investigation proves this is not just and isolated incident.
