Petition Harsher Laws on Animal Cruelty offences In The UK. 3 Year Minimum Sentence.

The animal welfare act 2006 has simply not done enough to reduce animal cruelty cases. RSPCA report many cases where horrific acts of cruelty are being met with a five year disqualification for keeping animals and a fine. Abuse that includes setting dogs on fire. The law has to change.
