Closed Abolish A2 motorcycle licence and become fully un-restricted after 2 years

Back in 2013 the UK Government changed the laws on motorcycle licence having to take additional tests after being restricted for 2 years and having to fork out more money for for another mod1 and mod2 when it should go back to how it used to be and full unrestricted after 2 years automatically

17 cbt - 125cx now allowing 250 cc on L plates
19 restricted licence
21 derestricted license
24 and above complete a direct access

Remove the need for additional tests once passed restricted licence stay restricted for 2 years then automatically upgrade to full derestricted licence
