Rejected petition Install Air Conditioning on the Central Line Underground tube trains

In the light of the recent heat wave, the temperature on the central line was average 33• and was like "public saunas". When the Overground service can have amazing air conditioning on them, why cant Londons key train service used by millions of tourists,commuters and students have air conditioning
