Closed Reopen The Security Industry Authority (SIA) Contact Centre

As of the 6th July, The SIA have closed their contact centre in favour of a online application process. Claiming their new self-service website has been designed to provide an easier, more convenient and efficient service but has not lived up to their high expectations.

Multiple issues with new self-service website can be seen in the comments of The SIA Facebook page. One of the biggest complaints being unable to receive a response to any issues or queries.
