Petition Monitoring in pregnancy for every woman who has received cervical treatments

Myself & my fiancé lost our beautiful baby boy, Oscar, after he was born prematurely at 24 weeks.
My waters broke due to an incompetent cervix that was never checked or monitored despite having part of my cervix removed after a Lletz procedure.

More details

The amount of cells that were removed from my cervix were classified as low risk and therefore no further monitoring or checks were made during pregnancy. Had I been monitored my incompetent cervix would have been diagnosed and our perfect son may be here today.
I am petitioning for every pregnant woman who has undergone any type of treatment compromising their cervix to be monitored during their pregnancy to prevent baby losses like ours occurring in the future.
