Rejected petition Change the rating of Kabali to a 12 so that families can watch together.

Basically the film wasn't even violent and they the people who certificated Kabali have purposely rated the film 15 so the film distributors who have published it to Europe and Canada lose out on money.

Films such as Theri was much much more violent and bloodier.
