Petition Make A.P.D. (Auditory Processing Disorder) a registered disability.

My husbands best friend has A.P.D. and has been told that because it is not a recognised disability he has to settle for hearing aids to help yet he has the condition which does not warrant the the use of those. It is a processing disorder not a hearing impairment.
