Closed Make Ebooks (Kindle, etc) free from VAT.

Books are zero rated in UK for VAT because of their cultural and educational value. However, Ebooks (e.g. those delivered to Kindle etc) are not, but are hit by 20% VAT. Given that 'virtual' books do not require destruction of forests, printing and distribution this is clearly unfair. Zero rate now
