Closed Lower the 20% and bring back the 17.5% rate of VAT

Years ago the government raised VAT to 20 percent from 17.5 percent, when Great Britain ran out of money and the recession was looming. Years on, the Government has said time and time again we are out of a recession and jobs are at a record high. It's time to give families back their extra money.
