Rejected petition The Mental Health and Social Care services are not fit for purpose and dangerous
My mum has suffered with mental illness for >30 the care services have become incompetent such that now my mum is left to her own devices. The service is reactive without clear lines of communication or structure making it impossible for us to access / contact or do anything positive to help mum.
More details
We know of other people suffering to a lesser or grater degree and things need to change or my mum and others will be harmed by incompetence and ignorance - which cannot be allowed to happen.
