Rejected petition Go back to emptying bins more frequently.

The wheely bin service has been reduced to every 3 weeks however this is simply not adequate and extremely unhygienic. We need the original service back.

Parliament can pass legislation to require all local authorities in England to collect refuse weekly. If that is what you want to happen, you could start a petition about that.
