Petition Implement a detection system to stop parental abduction of children leaving U.K

The government needs to implement a no nonsense approach to stopping one parent abducting a child to another country at Airports and all points of travel especially holiday seasons. Systems as such already exist in Canada, US and even in the Middle East.
