Closed Set statutory requirements and laws for rehoming centres to follow in our land

My niece wanted to rehome a dog.She contacted a local rehoming centre.The centre contacted her regarding a dog they thought would suit. On 5th November 2013 the dog turned and savaged to death our Lexi. Inquest revielled alot of things.Let's hope Lexi's Law stops families going through same pain.

Mr Kirkland was surprised no national Standards for which any policy for rehoming should be considered & no statutory requirements for kennels to make home visits once an animal has been placed in what is believed to be a suitable home.
