Petition Make HCAs/phlebotomists belong to a professional registered body.

I am a healthcare assistant and a phlebotomist. I started off as a HCA over 4 years ago with no experience. I think that was dangerous. Especially with the care HCAs need to give. Would be nice for all the hard work we learn as we progress, and the care we give, that we belong to a recognised body.
