Closed Give a fine to parents if their children are persistent bullies.

I am asking for this petition to be signed so parents realise if they do not prevent their children from bullying other children persistently they would face a fine.

As an aunty to my niece, who was bullied on many occasions, mainly from the same girl, I'm sure I speak for many parents who have found it devastating to watch someone go through this ordeal. This not only affects them, it actually changes them as a person. So would really be greatful for this to come into effect.
