Closed petition Increase taxes and ring-fence the income for the NHS

Save our NHS and Keep it free. Increase Personal Tax by a small amount BUT make sure the tax raised is RING FENCED to be used ONLY for NHS and Healthcare purposes.
Many people I have suggested this to seem to think it is a good idea.
