Rejected petition END BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) and BAN bad owners

each year in the UK thousands of dogs are killed for ''looking'' a certain way. often without complaint being seized whilst out on a walk. leaving family's heartbroken and other pets without their companion. BSL was introduced in the UK in 1991 which has led to the deaths of many innocent dogs.

we propose to END BSL and give lifetime bans to owners who are caught with fighting dogs.
