Petition Make it illegal for schools to force pupils to sing religious songs

It is still legal to let a school punish students (through detentions ect...) for not singing religious songs when the songs doesn't apply to their religion or they're not religious at all... this outdated law should be removed

The law states that religious and non religious schools must take part in some form of collective worship and that it must only be of christian character which isn't reflective of the demographic
