Rejected petition All buses must be equipped with seat belts not just coaches

After being involved in a serious coach crash in France I understand and appreciate the important of wearing seatbelts on a coach. Seatbelts save lives. I believe that all standard buses must be equipped with seatbelts, including buses that are used as school buses. Seatbelt wearing must be the law.
