The other day I was stopped at traffic lights.
A cyclist overtook me and went straight through the red light and turned left narrowly missing a car coming from the other direction.
Fortunately there was not an accident but there could have been.
This isn't the first time I've seen this happen.
A registration number would help convicting cyclists for traffic offences.
