Petition Repeal the ECA 1972 BEFORE initiating negotiations under Article 50.

It is critical that this repeal occurs before Article 50 stuff starts, since we can then do so under our own rules, rather than those imposed by the European Union. If this does not happen, the UK will enter the Article 5 negotiations with one hand tied behind its back.
