Closed Include same sex relationships as grounds for divorce under adultery

It seems absurd that a same sex couple can get married but if one of them should stray with a same sex person outside of the marriage adultery cannot be cited as grounds for divorce.

The same can be said for a traditional marriage where either partner has a relationship outside with a person the same sex as themselves, this isn't recognised as adultery.

This law should be overhauled to state that having sexual relations outside of marriage with any person is adultery.
